The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge, LLC provides calendaring, planning, and organizational services designed to help parents and family-law professionals translate parenting schedules into clear, practical calendars.
Our goal is to help make complicated scheduling information easier to see, understand, and use. The following information explains the scope and limitations of our services.
Not Legal Advice
The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Our services do not include interpreting your legal rights or obligations, determining the legal meaning or enforceability of a court order or parenting agreement, modifying a court order or parenting agreement, preparing legal documents, or advising you about what parenting arrangement you should accept.
If you have questions about the meaning, enforceability, or legal effect of a court order, parenting agreement, proposed agreement, or other legal document, you should consult a qualified attorney.
Calendars Are Planning and Organizational Tools
Calendars prepared by The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge are planning and organizational tools. They are not court orders, legal documents, or legally binding agreements.
A calendar may be created using scheduling information contained in a court order, parenting agreement, proposed parenting schedule, school calendar, holiday schedule, or other information provided by a client or family-law professional.
The calendar does not replace or modify the underlying court order or agreement.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing their applicable orders and agreements and for ensuring that the schedule they choose to follow is consistent with their legal obligations.
Calendar Planning Drafts
A Calendar Planning Draft may be prepared while parents or their family-law professionals are still working through scheduling decisions.
A Planning Draft reflects the scheduling information and proposed arrangements provided to The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge at that time. It does not represent an agreement by both parents unless both parents have subsequently confirmed the schedule in writing.
Planning Drafts may be used as visual tools to help parents and professionals see how a proposed parenting schedule works across an actual calendar year.
Scheduling Options and Suggestions
As part of the calendaring process, The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge may identify scheduling issues that deserve a closer look, such as holiday overlaps, unusual stretches of parenting time, unnecessary transitions, or changes in the distribution of parenting-time overnights.
We may also provide practical calendar options showing different ways a scheduling issue could be addressed.
These options are provided for planning and discussion purposes only. They are not legal recommendations or determinations about what parenting arrangement is appropriate for a particular family.
The decisions remain with the parents and, when appropriate, their attorneys, mediators, or other qualified professionals.
Parenting-Time Summaries
Parenting-Time Summaries are calculated using the scheduled overnights reflected on the calendar and are provided as an organizational and planning tool.
They are not legal determinations of custody, timeshare, parenting-time percentages, child support, or any other legal right or obligation.
Different jurisdictions, courts, agreements, or professionals may use different methods for calculating parenting time.
Information Provided by Clients
The accuracy of a calendar depends upon the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to us.
Clients and professionals are responsible for providing accurate parenting schedules, holiday provisions, school calendars, dates, agreements, and other information needed to prepare the calendar.
The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or conflicting information supplied by a client or third party.
No Guarantee of Agreement
The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge cannot guarantee that parents will agree upon proposed scheduling changes or that a calendar will resolve a disagreement between co-parents.
Our role is to make the schedule easier to see and understand and, when appropriate, provide practical calendar options for consideration.
We do not make parenting-time decisions for families.
Privacy and Client Information
We understand that parenting schedules and family documents may contain sensitive personal information. Client information is handled with care and discretion and is used in connection with providing our calendaring services.
However, communications with The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge are not protected by attorney-client privilege or another professional legal privilege.
For additional information about how information is collected, used, stored, retained, and disclosed, please review our Privacy Policy.
For Family-Law Professionals
Calendars prepared for attorneys, mediators, co-parenting therapists, and other professionals are provided as organizational and visual planning tools for use within the professional's own scope of practice.
The professional remains responsible for any legal, mediation, therapeutic, or other professional services provided to their client.
Questions Requiring Professional Advice
The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge focuses on one thing: turning parenting schedules into clear, thoughtful calendars.
Questions requiring legal interpretation or legal advice should be directed to a qualified attorney. Questions requiring therapeutic, mental-health, financial, tax, or other professional advice should be directed to an appropriately qualified professional.
