Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge, LLC respects the privacy of our clients and website visitors. We understand that the information involved in creating a family calendar may be personal and sensitive, and we take the careful handling of that information seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use and protect that information, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We May Collect

  • Information provided by attorneys, mediators, co-parenting therapists, or other professionals in connection with a calendaring service

We may also receive technical information automatically when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information primarily to provide the products and services you request.

This may include using information to:

  • Prepare personalized calendars and Calendar Planning Drafts

  • Map parenting schedules, holidays, school breaks, vacations, and other dates

  • Prepare Parenting-Time Summaries

  • Communicate with clients and participating parents

  • Prepare and process Calendar Adjustments

  • Document scheduling decisions and confirmations

  • Process purchases and payments

  • Deliver downloadable calendar products

  • Respond to questions and customer-service requests

  • Maintain appropriate business and transaction records

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

  • Protect our business, clients, website, and services from misuse or security threats

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We strive to collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services and operate our business.

3. Information About Children

Our calendaring services may require parents or professionals to provide limited information concerning children, such as first names, birthdays, school calendars, parenting schedules, and other dates relevant to the family calendar.

This information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested calendaring service and related business functions.

Our website and services are intended for adults. Children are not intended to purchase services, create accounts, or submit personal information directly through our website.

4. Court Orders, Parenting Agreements, and Family Documents

Clients may choose to provide court orders, parenting agreements, school calendars, or other documents containing information necessary to prepare a calendar.

These materials are used in connection with providing the requested calendaring services.

Please provide only the portions of documents and personal information reasonably necessary for the calendaring work. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, passwords, or other unrelated sensitive information.

5. How Information May Be Shared

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge does not sell client family information.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide our services, including to service providers that support functions such as:

  • Website hosting and e-commerce

  • Payment processing

  • Business email

  • File and document storage

  • Technology and security services

  • Accounting or other business administration

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal obligation; to establish or protect legal rights; or to protect the security and integrity of our business and services.

6. Information Shared During a Two-Parent Calendar Service

When both parents are participating in a personalized calendaring service, information concerning the parenting schedule, proposed calendar changes, and scheduling decisions may need to be communicated to both parents as part of the calendaring process.

Clients should therefore not assume that scheduling information provided for a shared two-parent calendar will be kept from the other participating parent.

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge does not act as a confidential advocate for either parent.

7. Professional Calendar Services

When an attorney, mediator, co-parenting therapist, or other professional purchases calendaring services for use with a client, information may be provided to us by that professional and calendar materials may be returned to that professional as part of the service.

The professional is responsible for determining what client information is appropriate for them to provide to us within the scope of their own professional obligations.

8. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information when that information is processed by the applicable payment provider.

The payment processor's collection and use of payment information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

9. Website Cookies and Analytics

Our website platform and related service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, provide security, and support website functionality.

Depending on the services enabled on the website, analytics or other third-party technologies may also collect information about how visitors interact with the site.

Where required, visitors may be provided with choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the personal information entrusted to us.

However, no method of electronic transmission, email communication, or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Clients should avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for the calendaring service.

11. How Long We Keep Information

Because families may return for future calendars, Calendar Adjustments, or other calendaring services, certain client records may be retained so that we can refer to the scheduling information and calendaring work previously provided.

Court orders, parenting agreements, completed calendars, and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ongoing or future calendaring services, maintain an accurate history of the work performed, respond to client questions, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legitimate business interests.

Information that is useful only for a particular calendar year generally does not need to be retained on the same basis. For example, school calendars and similar year-specific reference materials may be deleted after the calendar year for which they were provided and once they are no longer reasonably needed for the related calendaring service.

Other client communications and business records may be retained for periods appropriate to their purpose and any applicable legal or business requirements.

Clients may contact us to request deletion of personal information or documents. Requests will be considered subject to information we reasonably need to retain for ongoing services, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or protection of legal rights.

12. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us if you would like to:

  • Ask what personal information we maintain about you

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of information, where appropriate

  • Ask questions about how your information is being used

  • Update your contact information

Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary to complete a service, maintain transaction or business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights.

Requests may be sent to:

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to our business, you may have additional privacy rights.

13. California Privacy

California residents may have rights regarding their personal information under applicable California privacy laws.

The specific rights available depend upon the applicable law and whether that law applies to The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge at the time of the request.

Where applicable, these rights may include rights concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information and information about how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed.

14. We Do Not Sell Client Information

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge does not sell personal information provided by clients for calendaring services.

We also do not use information for third-party advertising purposes.

If our practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as required.

15. Email Communications

We use email as an important part of the calendaring process, including for intake information, calendar drafts, scheduling questions, proposed changes, and final confirmations.

Email is not guaranteed to be completely secure. By choosing to communicate and exchange documents with us by email, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with electronic communications.

Marketing emails, if offered, will provide an appropriate method for unsubscribing from promotional communications.

Service-related communications concerning an active order or calendaring service are separate from marketing communications.

16. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we do not operate. We encourage visitors to review the privacy policies of those third parties.
