Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of our calendaring services, downloadable calendar templates, website, and related services.

By purchasing a product or service from The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge provides calendaring, planning, and organizational services designed to help parents and family-law professionals translate parenting schedules into clear, practical calendars.

Services may include:

  • Personalized family calendars

  • Calendar Planning Drafts

  • Professional calendar drafting

  • Calendar Adjustments

  • Parenting-Time Summaries

  • Holiday and scheduling analysis

  • Ready-made downloadable calendar templates

The specific services included in your purchase are described on the applicable service or product page at the time of purchase.

2. We Do Not Provide Legal or Therapeutic Services

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, mediation, therapy, mental-health services, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

We do not determine legal rights, interpret the legal effect of court orders or parenting agreements, modify court orders, prepare legal documents, or decide what parenting arrangement a family should adopt.

Calendars and scheduling options are provided for planning and organizational purposes only.

Questions requiring legal interpretation should be directed to a qualified attorney or other appropriate family-law professional.

3. Calendars Are Not Legal Documents

Calendars created by The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge are planning and organizational tools. They are not court orders, legal documents, or legally binding agreements and do not replace or modify an existing court order or parenting agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the parenting schedule they provide and ultimately choose to follow complies with any applicable court orders, agreements, or legal obligations.

4. Information You Provide

The accuracy of your calendar depends upon the information provided to us.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate scheduling information, which may include parenting schedules, holiday provisions, school calendars, vacation dates, birthdays, exchange information, court orders, parenting agreements, and other relevant scheduling details.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unclear, or conflicting information provided by a client or third party.

If information appears unclear or inconsistent, we may request clarification before continuing the calendaring work.

5. Calendar Planning Drafts

A Calendar Planning Draft may be created from an existing parenting schedule or from a schedule that is still being considered or negotiated.

A Planning Draft reflects the scheduling information provided to us at that point in the process. It does not represent an agreement between parents unless and until the applicable scheduling decisions have been confirmed.

Planning Drafts may be used by parents and family-law professionals as visual planning tools when discussing or considering parenting schedules.

6. Final Confirmed Family Calendars

When The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge is working directly with both parents, a personalized calendar will not be designated a Final Confirmed Family Calendar until both parents have confirmed the applicable completed schedule in writing.

Written confirmation by email provides a clear record of the scheduling information used to prepare the final calendar.

If both parents do not provide the required confirmation, the calendar may remain designated as a Planning Draft.

A Final Confirmed Family Calendar remains an organizational and planning tool and does not itself modify or replace a court order or legally binding parenting agreement.

7. Professional Calendar Drafting Services

Attorneys, mediators, co-parenting therapists, and other family-law professionals may purchase calendar drafting services for use in their work with clients.

The professional provides the relevant parenting schedule and scheduling information, and The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge prepares a Calendar Planning Draft and identifies calendar issues that may warrant additional consideration.

The professional then works with their client or clients within the scope of their own professional role.

Once the professional provides the scheduling agreements or decisions reached through that process, updating the Planning Draft to reflect those decisions and providing the completed calendar is included in the original Professional Calendar Planning Draft service price.

This standard draft-to-completed-calendar update is not considered an additional Calendar Adjustment.

Additional substantive rounds of calendar analysis, alternative proposals, or revisions beyond the included professional-service process may require a separately purchased Calendar Adjustment.

8. Scheduling Observations and Calendar Options

As part of a personalized calendaring service, we may identify areas of the calendar that warrant a closer look, including holiday overlaps, unusual stretches of parenting time, unnecessary transitions, or changes in the distribution of parenting-time overnights.

We may present practical calendar options for consideration.

These options are not legal advice or recommendations concerning what parenting arrangement is legally required or appropriate for your family.

The decisions remain yours.

9. Calendar Adjustments

Every personalized calendar service includes the initial calendaring work necessary to take the scheduling information provided, map it across the year, review the completed calendar, identify scheduling issues that may need attention, and provide reasonable calendar options for consideration when appropriate. If the calendar is agreed to by both parents, the final calendar will be provided.

Some services also include one or more Calendar Adjustments.

A Calendar Adjustment is an additional round of substantive calendaring work that may be used when further changes, analysis, recalculation, or revision of the calendar is required.

Examples may include:

  • Revising proposed dates

  • Reviewing how a new proposal affects the surrounding schedule

  • Recalculating parenting-time overnights

  • Identifying new scheduling complications created by a proposed change

  • Preparing additional calendar options

  • Updating a current calendar for later changes such as vacations, work travel, family events, or other agreed-upon scheduling changes

  • Reconciling a calendar at the end of the year to update and recalculate any changes that were made

Ordinary questions and simple clarifications do not constitute a Calendar Adjustment.

When additional back-and-forth requires substantial new calendar analysis or reworking of the calendar, a Calendar Adjustment may be required.

Additional Calendar Adjustments are currently $99 each and are available to clients with a current personalized calendar service.

You will be notified before work requiring an additional paid Calendar Adjustment begins. Additional Calendar Adjustments can be purchased on the website.

10. Parenting-Time Summaries

Parenting-Time Summaries are based on the scheduled overnights shown on the calendar. Each overnight is credited to the parent with whom the child is scheduled to spend that night.

These summaries are provided solely as organizational and planning tools.

They are not legal determinations of custody, parenting-time percentages, timeshare, child support, or any other legal right or obligation.

11. Client Communication and Agreement

Email is used to document important scheduling information, proposed changes, approvals, and final confirmations.

Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts carefully and promptly notifying us of errors or discrepancies.

When two parents participate in a personalized calendar service, scheduling changes that require agreement will not be treated as mutually confirmed unless the required written confirmation has been received.

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge will not make a disputed parenting-time decision on behalf of either parent.

12. Timing and Completion

Completion times vary depending on the complexity of the schedule, the completeness of the information provided, client response times, and whether scheduling issues require additional consideration.

Estimated completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Delays caused by missing information, unanswered questions, unresolved scheduling decisions, or delayed client responses may extend the completion time.

13. Inactive Projects

If information, decisions, or responses needed to continue a personalized calendar are not provided for an extended period, we may place the project on inactive status or close the project.

Before doing so, we may attempt to contact the client using the email address provided with the order.

Reopening an inactive or closed project may require an additional fee depending on the amount of work required.

14. Fees, Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Because personalized calendar services involve work performed specifically for an individual family or professional, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend upon whether work has begun.

Ready-made downloadable calendar templates are digital products delivered electronically and may be subject to a different refund policy.

15. Ready-Made Downloadable Calendar Templates

Ready-made calendar templates are general planning tools based on the parenting rotation identified in the product description.

They are not personalized to a purchaser's court order, parenting agreement, holiday schedule, school calendar, or individual family circumstances.

Purchasers are responsible for determining whether a template is appropriate for their intended use and for making their own decisions regarding any modifications or adjustments to their family schedule.

16. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Website content, calendar designs, downloadable templates, written materials, graphics, and other original materials provided by The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge are protected intellectual property.

Personalized calendars are provided for the client's personal family use and may be shared with the other parent and appropriate professionals involved with the family's scheduling or related matters.

Ready-made downloadable templates are licensed for the purchaser's personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial purposes, or offered to others as downloadable products.

Professional purchasers may use client-specific calendars in connection with their work for the client for whom the calendar was purchased.

17. Respectful Communication and Right to Discontinue Services

The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge is committed to providing a calm, respectful, and neutral calendaring process.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services when communications become abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate; when a client repeatedly attempts to involve us in disputes outside the scope of calendaring services; when we are asked to advocate for one parent against another; or when inaccurate or conflicting information prevents us from performing the service appropriately. We may request separate communication with co-parents if that provides for a more efficient process.

Any refund, if applicable, following discontinuation will be determined in accordance with the cancellation and refund provisions of these Terms.

18. Privacy

We understand that parenting schedules, court orders, school calendars, and other family information may contain sensitive personal information.

Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Communications and documents provided to The Co-Parent Calendar Concierge are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

19. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may rely upon third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, email, document storage, and other business functions.

Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Additional information regarding third-party processing of personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The date at the top of this page identifies when these Terms were most recently updated.

For purchased services, the terms applicable to the transaction should be those presented and agreed to at the time of purchase, except where changes are required by applicable law or subsequently agreed in writing.
