How It Works
1. You Send Me the Schedule
Provide the parenting rotation, holiday provisions, school calendar and other relevant scheduling information you are working with.
2. I Build and Review the Calendar
I map the schedule across the actual calendar year, layer the holidays and other provisions over the regular rotation, and review the completed calendar for issues such as:
Holiday overlaps and their effect on the surrounding schedule
Unusual stretches of parenting time
Unnecessary one-night transitions
School breaks that interact with weekends or holidays
Changes in the annual distribution of parenting time
You'll receive a Professional Calendar Planning Draft, a holiday analysis, and an annual Parenting-Time Summary based on overnights, along with clear identification of calendar areas that may deserve further discussion with your client.
3. You Work Through the Decisions With Your Client
The substantive decisions remain where they belong—with you and your client.
The calendar simply makes those decisions easier to see by showing how the proposed schedule actually works across real dates.
4. I Update the Calendar
Once you've worked through the scheduling issues with your client, send me the agreements or decisions you've reached.
I will incorporate them and provide the updated completed calendar as part of your original service.
There is no additional Calendar Adjustment charge simply for completing this normal draft-to-final process.
