For Families

You know the parenting schedule. But what happens when you put it on the calendar?

For more than 15 years, I have helped families take parenting schedules, court orders and agreements and turn them into calendars they can actually see, understand and use.

I know how quickly a schedule that looks straightforward on paper can become complicated once you add holidays, school breaks, vacations, birthdays and all the other pieces of real family life.

Sometimes, it simply helps to have a neutral set of eyes on the calendar.

My role is not to make decisions for your family. My role is to carefully map the schedule you provide, keep an eye on parenting-time balance and the scheduling provisions you give me, and help you see potential issues and options before a calendar problem becomes an urgent disagreement.

My approach is always neutral, practical and child-focused.

The Details Are Where Calendar Problems Often Show Up

This is the part of calendaring I genuinely enjoy.

I don't just look at who has Thanksgiving or winter break. I look at what happens before and after the holiday.

Did a holiday create three weekends in a row for one parent? Did solving one scheduling problem create an unnecessary one-night exchange somewhere else? Did an alternating holiday unintentionally affect the annual parenting-time balance? Could a small adjustment make the schedule flow more smoothly for the children while preserving the agreed parenting time?

It's a little nerdy—and that's exactly the point.

I put all the pieces together, finding the places that deserve a closer look and giving parents clear information they can use to make their own decisions.

See More Than Who Has Which Day

Every personalized calendar includes tools that help you see patterns across the entire year—not simply where the children are scheduled to be on a particular date.

Along with your detailed family calendar, you'll receive:

A Holiday-at-a-Glance Chart
See major holidays together in one place and which parent's scheduled parenting time each holiday falls on, making it easier to spot patterns across the year.

An Annual Parenting-Time Summary
See each parent's scheduled overnights for the year, so you can understand how the complete calendar affects the overall parenting-time balance.

These summaries can help reveal patterns that aren't always obvious when reading a parenting plan or looking at individual dates.

Choose the Level of Help Your Family Needs

Not every family needs the same amount of help.

Some parents already have everything worked out and simply need a calendar. Others need to see their existing schedule before they can identify potential problems. And some families need more flexibility to work through options or make adjustments as the year develops.

That's why I offer different levels of calendaring support.

Do It Yourself

Two-Year Calendar Templates

Already know your regular parenting rotation—or comparing which one may work best?

My professionally prepared two-year PDF calendars show how 2-2-3, 2-2-5 and 7/7 rotations fall across actual dates, with parenting days, exchange days and major holiday reference dates already mapped for you.

Each includes a Holiday-at-a-Glance so you can see which parent's regular parenting time major holidays fall on across both years, plus an annual Parenting-Time Summary based on overnights.

Use the template as a starting point for adding your family's own holiday schedule, school breaks, vacations, birthdays and other important dates.

A simple, affordable way to start with the foundational calendaring already done for you.

Show Me My Schedule

Personalized Calendar Draft

Send me your regular parenting rotation, holiday schedule, court order or parenting agreement, and other relevant dates.

I'll map the information across the actual calendar year so you can clearly see how your existing schedule works in practice.

I'll also look at how the different pieces interact and identify areas of the calendar that may deserve a closer look.

This is a good fit when you aren't necessarily looking to change your schedule—you simply want an experienced set of eyes to put all of the pieces together and give you a clear picture of what you have.

Your personalized calendar includes your Holiday-at-a-Glance Chart and Annual Parenting-Time Summary based on overnights.

Help Us Smooth Out the Calendar

Personalized Calendar + One Adjustment

Sometimes seeing the schedule on an actual calendar reveals something that wasn't obvious on paper.

I'll create your personalized calendar, review how the regular schedule and exceptions work together, and identify areas that may deserve a closer look.

When appropriate, I can show you practical calendar options for you and your co-parent to consider. Your included adjustment gives you an opportunity to agree on changes and have me incorporate that agreement into the calendar.

The goal isn't for me to change your parenting plan or make decisions for your family. It's to help you see potential calendar issues early, understand the effect of different options and determine together whether a thoughtful adjustment could make the schedule work more smoothly.

Your personalized calendar includes your Holiday-at-a-Glance Chart and Annual Parenting-Time Summary based on overnights.

We Need More Help Working Through the Options

Personalized Calendar + Four Adjustments

Real family calendars aren't always finished in one draft.

Some families haven't selected their summer vacation dates yet. The school calendar for the upcoming year may not have been released. Work trips happen. Family plans change. Activities are added. And sometimes parents simply need more time to see how different scheduling options work before deciding what makes the most sense for their family.

This option gives you more flexibility as those pieces come together.

I'll build your initial calendar, identify scheduling areas that may deserve a closer look and show you practical options to consider. Then, as decisions are made or circumstances change, your included adjustments allow me to revise the calendar and look again at how those changes affect the rest of the schedule.

That last part matters.

A change to one week can have an unexpected effect somewhere else.

When making an adjustment, I look at the surrounding weekends, exchanges, holidays and annual parenting-time balance—not just the dates being changed.

You and your co-parent make the decisions for your family. I provide the calendar, the details and a neutral perspective to help you see how those decisions work in practice.

Your personalized calendar includes your Holiday-at-a-Glance Chart and Annual Parenting-Time Summary based on overnights, updated to reflect the agreed changes incorporated into your calendar.

Because real family calendars evolve—and real life doesn't always follow the first plan.

A Little Planning Now Can Prevent a Lot of Confusion Later

The best time to discover a calendar problem isn't three days before Thanksgiving.

It's months earlier, when everyone has time to look at the dates, understand the issue and talk about the options.

A thoughtfully prepared calendar gives you a clearer picture of the year ahead—and an opportunity to work through potential scheduling problems before they become urgent ones.

You don't have to figure out every piece of the calendar by yourself.

Whether you want to start with a ready-made template, see your existing schedule clearly mapped out, or have more flexibility to work through calendar adjustments, choose the level of support that fits your family.

Let’s make the year ahead easier to see.
