You provide your parenting schedule, holiday agreements, school calendar and important dates. I bring them together in a thoughtfully prepared annual family calendar so you can clearly see how the different pieces of your schedule work together across the year.
I’ll review the completed calendar for scheduling complications, unnecessary transitions and other dates that may deserve a closer look. Your calendar also includes a Holiday-at-a-Glance Chart and an annual Parenting-Time Summary based on overnights.
Four Calendar Adjustments Included
Real family calendars don't always stay exactly as they were first planned.
This service includes four Calendar Adjustments, giving you flexibility to revise the calendar as plans are finalized or circumstances change. Adjustments can be used during the initial calendaring process or throughout the same calendar year for summer vacations, work travel, family events or other agreed-upon scheduling changes.
When an adjustment is made, I don't look only at the dates being changed. I also review how the change affects the surrounding weekends, exchanges, holidays and overall parenting-time balance.
You Can Also Build Your Calendar in Stages
You don't have to work through the entire year all at once.
Some families prefer to plan their calendar in spring, summer and fall sections, adding details as the year unfolds. You might begin with the regular parenting schedule and known holidays, then use an adjustment when summer vacation dates are selected, another when the new school calendar becomes available, and another as fall and winter plans take shape.
Your four included Calendar Adjustments give you the flexibility to work this way. We can build a strong foundation first, then add or adjust the details as you have the information you need.
